Nicole is not one of those who skip exercises. She goes to gym as per routine and is always regular in her basic sessions. Nicole performs a variety of basic exercises to avoid boredom and to maintain her routine and habits for long term. Nicole’s personal trainer is Jenna Phillips:

Running:  running helps in boosting up your immune system and increases the overall level of cholesterol. Running is considered to be best for women as it lowers the risk of breast cancer and is highly recommended by doctors who are in the early stages of diabetes. It helps in losing weight and boost up your confidence.

  • In weekdays, she runs around seven miles.
  • In weekends, she boosts up her running to 10 to 12 miles.

Swimming: it helps in maintaining a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs. Swimming helps in building up muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.

  • Nicole personally loves swimming.
  • She swims around 30 minutes in pool every day.

Tennis:

  • To keep up her stamina and strength she plays tennis matches every week.

Yoga:

  • For core stabilization and to increase joint flexibility she performs yoga every week.

Pilates and spinning:

  • Nicole performs a regular 55 minutes Pilates session.
  • She also has a weekly spinning class which makes her figure look so good and trim.

Session includes:

  • To develop muscles, she performs long sets of exercises with lots of repetitions around 50-100.
  • Performing cardio sessions and weights along with it with breaks in between are very effective for the body. It is a very intense workout.
