Alia does not go to gym regularly (not a gym freak). She used to go gym 2-3 days in a week & do exercises for about 1 hour every time. Alia believes in cardio exercises and yoga for fit and healthy body. 

Here is the Alia Workout Routine:

Monday Workouts:

  1. Warm up for 5 minutes on Treadmill
  2. warm up followed by 10 minutes running on Treadmill.
  3. 3 sets of Push ups (10-12 reps in each set)
  4. 3 sets of Dumbbell raises (20-24 reps in each set)
  5. 3 sets of Lat pull downs (15 reps in each set)
  6. 3 sets of Bicep curls (15-20 reps)
  7. 3  sets of Triceps push down (12-15 reps)

Tuesday: No workout

Wednesday Workouts:

  1. Warm up for 5 minutes in Treadmill.
  2. 3 sets of crunches (15-20 reps)
  3. 3 sets of Back extensions (15 reps)
  4. 3 sets of Bicycle Crunches (20-25 reps)
  5. 3 sets of Reverse crunches (15 reps)

Thursday: No workout

Friday Workout:

  1. Warm up for 5 minutes on Treadmill.
  2. 3 Sets of Squats (20-25 reps)
  3. 3 sets of Forward Lunges (20-25 reps)
  4. 3 sets of Backward Lunges (20-25 reps)
  5. 3 sets of Dumbbell Lunges (15 reps)
  6. Jog for 10 minutes on Treadmill

Saturday: No workout
